Are there any restrictions on boat usage?
Yes, the boats are for pleasure and family use only. Racing, parties, watersports towing, and dangerous maneuvers such as figure eights are strictly prohibited.
What happens if I do not return the boat on time?
If you exceed the rental period, an additional charge of €20 per minute will apply.
What happens if the boat has technical difficulties on the day of my reservation?
If the boat experiences technical difficulties before you go out to sea, we will refund your deposit only.
How fast can the boat drive/How fast are we allowed to drive?
Boats rented at Bluewaves Watersports are rented for pleasure and comfort purposes. The engine capacities of the boats must be used for cruising speeds only, NOT for racing or use of full power.

Can we take alcohol on board the boat?
No one can be under influence of alcohol and everyone on the boat needs to be sober. No alcohol and smoking is allowed on the boat.
Do I need a certificate to drive a boat?
Licence not required – All boat drivers must be over 18 years of age and present a valid identification i.e passport/id card/driving licence, and mobile phone.
Do you provide buoyancy aids?
Yes we do for adults and children.
