Returning Home: Our Journey Back to the Reimagined Ramla Bay Resort

With the reopening, our presence inside the Resort is stronger than ever. We now have a dedicated office in the Lobby, positioned at the very heart of guest movement. This allows us to stay close to every visitor’s needs, ensuring that our commitment to face‑to‑face communication and personalised service remains unchanged.

 

In true harmony with the Resort’s mantra, Guest Experience, our goal is simple: to be present, accessible, and helpful at every moment.

Outside, right by the shore, our second office offers a more dynamic environment. This is where arrivals and departures are coordinated, where team training and orientations happen, and where the energy of the sea meets the rhythm of a busy operations team. It’s also where guests often begin their adventure with Bluewaves Watersports Malta, located in the same Ramla Bay / Marfa coastline — the perfect departure point for exploring Comino, the Blue Lagoon, and Malta’s stunning northern waters.

 

We also maintain another office on the opposite side of the bay at Riviera Spa Resort, ensuring guests in that area are equally supported.

The Resort now proudly features 600+ modern rooms, each clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Most overlook either the serene countryside or the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
