Key Responsibilities As a Boat Master at Bluewaves Watersports, your primary responsibility will be the safety of our passengers and vessels. Safety is our top priority, and we rely on our Boat Masters to ensure every trip is smooth, secure, and enjoyable. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Navigating and Planning Routes: You will efficiently plan and execute maritime routes in Marfa Bay and surrounding areas, ensuring timely and enjoyable experiences for all passengers. Compliance with Maritime Laws: Maintaining full compliance with local and international maritime regulations is essential. This includes keeping accurate records and ensuring all vessels meet operational standards. Vessel Maintenance Oversight: You will oversee the maintenance of our boats, ensuring they are always in top condition for operation. This includes regular checks, reporting issues, and coordinating necessary repairs. Passenger Interaction: Beyond technical duties, you will act as an ambassador for Bluewaves Watersports. Ensuring passengers feel safe, comfortable, and engaged is a key part of your role.
