Can I pay in installments?

At the moment, we do not offer installment payments. Full payment is required at the time of booking, or in certain bookings a deposit is required. 

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. However refund policies vary depending on the booking terms. Please review our cancellation and refund policy or contact us for assistance.

What if my payment fails?

If your payment is declined, please check: If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.

Will I receive a confirmation after payment?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your payment is successfully processed. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
