What if I’m running late?

Please contact our office immediately so we’re aware and see if we can make any possible arrangements. Please note that we run on a tight schedule, arriving late may result in losing your spot.

Can we rent the boat before the scheduled rental time?

No, early departures are not allowed. For full-day or morning rentals, please make sure to arrive at our office by 9:00 AM for the safety briefing and administrative preparations. Can we take the canopy down?

Yes, you can! We just ask that you let us know during the safety briefing before your trip at our premises. Our team will explain how to properly lower and raise the boat canopy to avoid any damage and ensure your safety while out on the water.

How close can I get to the cliffs?

For safety reasons, you must keep a minimum distance of 100 meters from the cliffs. This is to avoid falling rocks and ensure safe navigation.

Can I bring pets onboard?

Yes, small pets such as dogs and cats may be allowed with prior agreement from Bluewaves Watersports. The client assumes full responsibility for the pet’s safety and well-being.
